The Cottages
an original "Cabin Court built in the late 1940's Each Cottage is unique. All have equipped kitchenettes, good beds covered porches and access to gas grills, laundry facilities and Internet.
The Main House-
The original house was built in 1880's 3 bedroooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, laundry area, gas log stove, fenced yard, private patio with hot tub. Bable. Internet. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably- (more with cots)
Special Events-
Parties, Weddings, Picnics, Meetings, Reunions, We have a 2+ acre meadow with large trees on the Roaring Fork River. There are campfire rins, picnic tables and grills for small gatherings. A large cleared area for party tents, has easy access for caterers, and handicapped guests. We have unlimited parking and convenient space for shuttle services. Power Available.
